User – any person using the Service.
Account – a User's individual account created in the Service after registration.
The User undertakes to use the Service in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.
It is forbidden to provide unlawful content or content that infringes the rights of third parties or good practice.
Registration in the Service is voluntary and free of charge. The User provides their details during registration and is responsible for their accuracy.
The User undertakes not to share their account with third parties and to keep their login details confidential.
Product prices shown in the Service are gross prices and include VAT.
An order is placed once payment has been made. The order is fulfilled once the payment has been credited.
Under the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the User has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving a reason.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content whose delivery began with the User's express consent before the withdrawal period expired.
The User has the right to file a complaint if a product does not conform to the contract. Complaints should be sent by email to [email protected].
A complaint will be considered within 14 days of its receipt.
The controller of personal data is Drinkify. Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).

All content published in the Service, including texts, graphics, logos and photographs, is the property of Drinkify and is protected by copyright.
Copying, distributing or using materials from the Service without the owner's consent is prohibited.
Drinkify reserves the right to amend these Terms. Amendments take effect on the day they are published in the Service.
In matters not covered by these Terms, the provisions of Polish law apply.
